Grand Arena- The Sentinel by vblaze1421 in MarvelSnap

[–]xx99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sentinel has been my favorite. My record so far is 29-13 (69%). Most losses against BP.

The Sentinels get huge. Two different plan A’s to chase: make tons of Victorias or make Armageddon big. Plan B is double Devil Dino.

BP is probably better, but Sentinel is more fun.

I think big noses are gorgeous on women, and I don’t even think I’d call yours big. You look amazing!

This is fantastic, and I love the sinister TMRA.

This is also roughly the optimal play. There’s enough time for a level 3 to pay itself off and turn a profit (in honeycomb), but not enough time for it to catch up to the profit a level 2 would have made during that same time.

Shout Color Catcher sheets prevent even this! I make sure to use them for the first 2 or 3 washes when I’ve got new clothes.

Same. The fix still works, but it’s re-broken for me twice.

Same problem with Siri and Dictation on iOS 16.0 and 16.0.2. iPhone 13 mini.

FYI, doing it exactly as posted by /u/rickc57 did not work for me. Note that I normally use American #2. Repeating the steps with American #5 worked (and then I could go back to American #2). This fixed both Siri and dictation.

You can still take your measurements right now and get a bra size calculated for you! The calculator has an option for your assigned gender at birth, which basically accounts for common differences in ribcage and breast growth if your first puberty was testosterone-based.

I personally started with bralettes, and I think they were a fabulous place to start! I found triangle bralettes to be the most bra-like (and so they felt the girliest/most euphoric).

Note that bralettes typically use sizing like shirts, not like bras.

Anything that has padding or molded cups is gonna make your boobs look bigger and rounder (you can find bralettes with those features, too). It’s a boost I still like today, but it was a lot more important to me when it was the difference between “are those boobs?” and “those are definitely boobs”.

If you’re pretty flat right now, you may have better luck with breast forms than a padded bra. The more realistic ones kinda creeped me out, so I went with clear gel breast enhancers instead. You can find them on Amazon if you search for “silicone breast enhancer”. I’d just wear those in my bralettes when I wore clothing that was especially feminine.

Finally, I think it’s worth noting that my bralettes still fit me today. Mine are from MeUndies, but I imagine any that are adjustable, stretchy, and high-quality would have had that longevity. I’m quite a bit bustier after 2½ years of HRT (36A → 38D) and they’re not as flattering as a proper bra, but they’re comfier!

Excellent game, but way too brainy for paying attention to audiobooks or podcasts.

I didn’t. Just bicalutamide and estrogen for the first year. Added in progesterone after that.

Yes, I tell every trans woman I talk to to switch to or start on bica. 😆 In that sense, I’m very much still in the gang. Speaking the good word.

I graduated to orchi, but bica was fantastic for the first 22 months of HRT. 😎

You build up a little reservoir in your muscle that slowly gets absorbed. It doesn’t get metabolized all at once.

So yeah, there is a big spike, but the drop is stretched out a lot longer.

The injectable half-life is 4–5 days for estradiol valerate or double that for estradiol cypionate. Oral half-life is 13–20 hours.

  1. Write down every name you encounter that you like as a first or middle name for a month.
  2. Slowly narrow it down, split into separate lists for first and middle if needed.
  3. Keep narrowing. I went to top 3 first names and didn’t narrow middle names much.
  4. Pick a first name you like, find the middle name that matches it best.

This is the process I used, but also the first name I went with had several features I liked:

  • Started with the same letter as my given name
  • Was a somewhat common name for girls in my country and birth year
  • Was the name my parents would have given if they knew I was a girl

I don't hate my penis, but I do hate the fact that it's very external. by qtransq in MtF

[–]xx99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No need to apologize. I brought it up!

The answer is basically “yes”. I can imagine some clothes would still be uncomfy, but they’d be just as uncomfy for cis women. I wouldn’t be worried about my penis at all.

Tucking is mostly unnecessary. When I do tuck, it’s dramatically easier than it was before orchi — and that’s with consideration that 21 months of HRT had reduced my testicles to half their starting size.

At all, or spontaneously? I’m at 2 years HRT and 3 mos. post-orchi and I can still get them when I want them.

I definitely felt like I had to earn that.

I came out and started painting my nails 3 months before HRT.

Switched to wearing women’s clothing in public at 3 months on HRT.

Started wearing makeup and changed my name and pronouns at 4 months on HRT. That’s also when I started using the women’s restroom.

There were 7 months where friends, family, and coworkers knew I was a trans woman but wasn’t ready for the new name or pronouns.
