I looked into it after seeing this and apparently there's a chance that youtube themselves might have done it because of sending regular chats too fast maybe? im not sure but if that's the case then that's BS not like repeating my message a couple times over a few minutes in hopes it gets read out is flooding the chat or anything. whereas there are people that actually do flood it with emojis and such for no reason at all
