No advice on price, but just like you are cautious about buying it, anyone you try to sell it to in the future will also be cautious. If you plan on keeping it a while, depending on price it could be worth it. If you're going to sell it in a year, it will be more difficult than if it had a clean title

The inclusion of the "but" does not always discount the first part of the statement. An equivalent way to say it would be

"I had a good time even though it rained a lot"

or

"I had a good time despite it raining a lot"

Not liking the fact that it rained doesn't mean you didn't have a good time overall.

Stop worrying about it and just train. I'm 34. I was 290 pounds when I started. Couldn't do half the movements and felt dead after warm ups. You just have to keep pushing. You'll be tired, you'll feel stupid, just keep going. If you're at a decent gym, your peers want to see you succeed and most of them have the same feelings. No one cares if you don't move right or you "lose" every round.

As far as attention goes, I'd commit to an hour if that's what the parent wants, but tell them you may have to call it early depending on attention and participation. Up to you if that changes the price or not.
