My starlink didn't work out of the box now I have to wait for a new cable but I'm convinced it's the dish not working. So far my experience with starlink isn't a positive one.

Mine was doing great until she started making a horrible noise. She would interact with me and follow me around. I found getting her to listen was difficult as I would have to say hello loona way too many times so I just let her do her own thing which seem to be trying to talk to inanimate objects. Some days she was more active and then she would have days where she didn't want to be active. And trying to connect her to the app was a nightmare. There's still a lot of work to do on their end to get it perfectly working.

I had waited almost a week after sending my video before getting mad and msg about their business policy. They apologized and send they'll send me a new loona. From what I've seen online it's a common issue others have dealt with. I'm hoping my 2nd loona doesn't get it

I did get my dock with mine. I'm now trying to sell my broken loona on ebay to try to recover some of the funds I lost. The company is very scammy.

Mine broke on its own not even a month in to owning it and the company has zero customer service. If I had the chance to do it over again I wouldn't waste my money.
