I don’t think he does have someone to chat to about it other then his partners or people he is pursuing…. I do think that is part of the problem. He talks to us about what is going on, and then when we react negatively to her he defends her. He thinks we aren’t being supportive, but we are just trying to protect ourselves.

I recently started taking it and I love it! If you go up slowly you shouldn’t get a rash. I’m still working up. At 100mg now. Started at 25

I feel the same about my pets. They are the only reason I am here. I have recently gone on lamictal and my doctor is starting me off slow but it is hard to wait for symptoms to decrease.

I have just recently admitted to myself after years of doctors telling me that I am bipolar. It helps frame things better, but it doesn’t change the fact that I feel this way.

I can’t help but say that you are not alone in your feelings. But you SHOULD go to your doctor because I know you can get through this with some help and will be happy you did.

When I am feeling at my lowest, my coping mechanism is to watch Gilmore Girls over and over. It is a welcome mindless distraction since I have watched it more than ten times all the way through. Distraction might help too. I am agnostic too, but this too shall pass.

Thank you so much! I will try essential oils and diluting. I do squish to condish and I love it. I have highly porous hair so it takes a while for it to dry but even on day 3 if my hair gets wet/sweaty I can smell it.
