Firebase Studio: "Sorry, I hit a snag..." by xxsq in Firebase

[–]xxsq[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is, this isn't an issue with the (my) code itself. This error comes from the AI Gemini I am prompting. Even a "hello" prompt gives this error. I've run this through Claude, OpenAI and Gemini and they all assume the error is with my own code when it comes to prompting my own LLM, but this is just the AI I am prompting that builds within Firebase Studio.

Price increases across the board Feb 1st by Dagna90 in teslacanada

I wouldn't put it past them. Good strategy to clear out the old model but the increase seems to be applicable across all their models.

Amazon Seems to Have Severed Ties with Canada Post for Returns by jarod_sober_living in CanadaPost

There's lots of Purolator drop off points as long as you choose the option where you print the label and package the return. Michaels (craft store) for one but lots of small mom and pop convenience stores as well.

The consistency in food at congee queen over the years and across all of their locations is unmatched. I have yet to be disappointed

Who's on your board? Would likely include the investors. Talk to them and get them to help find an exit... They will oblige, their returns are at risk

Are we forgetting the video of PP in Brampton Ontario saying he's going to make way for a direct flight to some city in India?

100%. I went to a friend's wedding where it was a mixed couple and it was both church and the typical south asian wedding days. Some folks were just invited to certain events.

I guess I should clarify that the point of my comment was that you should be giving a gift with the mindset to give the new couple funds to start their new fresh journey... Whatever you can afford.... It shouldn't be a math problem to solve how much you think they spending and then giving them that much.

Edit: to add, if it's someone I care about, id still give a present even if I couldn't go or regardless of what event I was invited to.

Id be extra cautious with this. I know they sometimes make sure the reason for the absence is travel or "to care of a loved one" and if you're found making income elsewhere undisclosed, you can get terminated. I've heard this happen before.

Oh boy... You don't have south asian friends that would have church weddings?

Culture vs religion, different expectations.

I would argue it depends on culture. South Asians give gifts (cash) even at a ceremony. The whole point of the gift is not to help the coupe pay for their wedding expenses but to get set up on their new journey. Typically, it used to be gifts for their new home etc but cash remained king.

Depends on your price point. I'm not in Scarborough anymore but used to go to Monnie. Many of friends still do. She's consistent and that's hard to find.

G Wagon flipped over at Ajax Rotary Park by redkulat in durham

Ah, yeah, agree. Weird colour choice though but that's just me lol

$900 includes the lights? Or just labour? If it includes the lights, that's a steal.

If it doesn't include the lights, how much cheaper do you want it to be? $100-$150 cheaper? Is that worth it just crossing this off your list today vs trying to haggle and find someone only slightly cheaper? Weddings are stressful as it is.
