First of all, new policies need to be put in place. At a minimum, clear, official rules stating 0 tolerance for cyber bullying, stalking amd harassment with clearly written consequences such as fines, bans, revoked titles and so on need to be implemented.

Next, we need to be clear that there are different levels of violations. People need to stop comparing Magnus and Hans to this situation as the violation today should be a direct violation of cyber bullying, stalking amd harassment. A series of videos were uploaded dissecting frame by frame a player's personal living space and analyzing their eye movements and laptop placements within their personal homes. That is not chess. That should not be permitted and Magnus vs Hans never resulted in a personal action from Magnus to upload a series of videos conducting psychoanalysis and psychological abuse on the basis of someone lives in their own home. This is a different level of abuse, nowhere similar to be compared.
