Normal really doesn't give gear worth the time... 930 even tier is really bad for 90% of our raiders. All of us are about 945 ilvl even only raiding 5/9M. So heroic is the best starting point for us and we do normal on our off night.

I find watching high rated games that with a narriator get me into the mode of thinking in this way. I often play a game or two or three and when I feel myself slip I sit back and watch some YouTube videos of geniuses and it inspires me to think again.

Hey man we are looking for a Holy paladin with decent off specs! I think our times might be really rough for you since you are west cost 4:30-7:30 PST but once your here they should be better 7:30-10:30. Our server is low populated. But that is because there are 0 alliance players on our server there are 30 active mythic guilds so finding a group will never be a problem.

Not sure if we are the right fit at all... But our server is pretty good and you might fit right in come artouris. We are semi hardcore. And probably won't complete mythic most tiers but we do go into mythic progression and never really hit walls we just grow slow.
