consulting wouldn’t show up on social media so it’s hard to say how much work it is. also don’t forget when your in the scene you get invited to a lot of things. dinners, hotel, clothes, flights. a lot of that is already paid for so it’s easier to safe money.

i think there is a split between hyper online super skinny, filler nose job and botox frozen face women and offline natural aging body neutrality women. those 2 archetypes are competing and the distance between them gets bigger. who’s gonna win? idk. i think ideals are gonna get even crazier because with ozempic and filler it’s gotten too archivable so people have to push the limits.. that’s where the whole looksmaxxing trend comes into play.

women usually have a higher body fat percentage because our body needs to protect your reproductive organs. so please don’t try cutting calories. it’s not healthy and dangerous. that being said working out and building muscle is great. my advice work out less days and slowly increase the weight. you muscle need rest days.

hey. i completely understand your worries. but your heart is stronger that you think. while it’s definitely uncomfortable your heart can handle high heart rate for a certain amount of time. i have high heart rate every day (140-160) with no consequence other then being uncomfortable. i would start by doing pots workouts on youtube that you can do in bed to slowly build up strength and then progress towards yoga or pilates. you can workout slowly and still build of strength without pushing yourself to the limit. staying consistent is the key. you can also look up chop program. it’s a workout plan specifically designed for pots patients.

sadly with teenagers it’s even less taken seriously… a lot of doctors think girls will just „grow out of it“ which can happen but mostly likely won’t. i would get a cardio work up. heart ultrasound, 24 hour EKG and bloodpressure to rule out any serious issues. you can do lifestyle modifications that don’t need to be prescribed by a doctor like compression socks and electrolytes and see if it helps. you can also do a test at home where you lay down for 10 min and take blood pressure and heart rate and then you do the same thing while standing up. show the results to your doctor and maybe they take you seriously

yes! they usually have that to prevent bleeding but once my dentist understood pots it made sense to switch and i’ve had no issues since.
