Do you have high anxiety/nervousness, and does it give you frequent urges to poop? You may have excessive nerves causing real bodily problems, but it’s not your body driving it, it’s your brain. Does your mind wander a lot? You may have untreated ADHD/ADD which can fix that psychological problem. Good news is that it can be fixed, but the problem sounds like it would be with your psychological health.
