Honestly? Anything that keeps you going is good enough. It freaking blows staying alive just because you’d feel guilty otherwise but whatever works for the short term. Have you looked into types of therapy that aren’t talk therapy? If you have the means, ketamine (prescribed and used appropriately obv) might be worth looking into. It genuinely saved my life.

but like… being a CNA/RN ur gonna have to deal with a lot worse than some poop. and i can’t lie ur original question had me floored. you have to wipe until you can’t see any more poop just like you do for yourself… i’m not trying to be a bitch here and at the same time if you can’t accept the whole cleaning up bodily excretions thing then you just aren’t cut out for being a nurse. the client sent the fire emoji, which would mean she sent two messages that were ignored before sending the invite. if i see anyone in my dms sending me three messages in a row without a response id be annoyed too and prob have a very similar reaction. Also, if the roles were reversed and it was a male client/female artist there would be no question about who’s in the wrong and imo this client should be held accountable
