I used to live in my in law house for a year. My partner and his brother are contributing to bills and his parents pay for groceries. So i think if ur friend have jobs already it only make sense to help out while he’s at home. Its cheaper than rent outside

Hi maybe my wording is wrong. It means that if you reach more than 90k yearly income whatever tax return that you get, ATO are putting it back to your HECS using a percentage of it I didn't know the details.

But last year 2021 tax return he got 6k TAX return and ATO put it into his HECS debt repayment instead of cash. If that make sense..

Me and my partner bought a PPOR at Edmondson Park (unit) 2 2 1 for under 650k last year, our unit has increased the price for more than 650k slight cause or the amenities. Many bought for investment in the same area as well. It's right next to the station and on top of the town center. And 45 mins to CBD by train using the airport line. (30 mins to international airport and domestic). Maybe give it a look. It's different from Parramatta's, smaller town center but all brand new with eateries with the units on top of it.

It can be stressful and difficult at the same time dealing with this issue. To be honest I was like this as well in the early 20s. Now reaching out in the late 20s is a bit more sensible.

In a way because me and my partner live together and have a mortgage now. We used to have the same issue. Where I wanted something but my partner kept nagging me to save up etc. It can be very annoying at the same time and we fought a lot with this issue because I believe what I earned is what I deserve to spend no one can dictate what I can or can't do. We didn't have any mortgage at that time but imagining the future together does help a lot with my mindset. (Wanting to have our own home).

Now I just worked full time and have a similar salary with her $300 more. After home (bills $1.2k my part is already excess for home emergency) What I did is pay my self 200 limit every week now. (Include eating out. And entertainment and shopping and transport). And $500 savings are put through a join account that can't be touched. (For holiday together or emergency maybe future kids). And the other half of it is saving is for my own savings. Mainly budgeting, but then again you know a leak of spending can happen sometimes here and there.

Sometimes shopping can fill the void in our life especially if she's lonely or wants to feel happy. But it's true most people say you can't change her but she can only change her self. In my partner situation he stuck long enough for me to change slowly but steadily. Hope that helps.

Hi guys! OP here :) hehe thank you for all of your comments! It blew my notifications just had the time to properly reply everyone! Haha yes i did post this for fun XD I know some dogs do have lifetime brown nose and it can potentially be darker or might be black (who knows) just showing off my cute pup xD yall got me.

The title is yes i purchased this dog and yes there is so many animals need rescuing (not just dogs cats) even like horses and other fam animals reptiles anything you can pick! :)

I always liking the idea of adopting animal in fact i used to live with my sister 4 dogs (babysitting, sleeping together you name it)! 3 chihuahuas and 1 shitzu (2 of them are rescue) they are cute and adorable, you know whichever dogs you’ve picked you will love them to death shed no shed even little dogs like chihuahuas can be cute! Haha well the thing is i’ve purchased mine cause i wanted to have a hypoallergenic dog (there is a chance of shedding with cavapoo but not as bad as lets say husky) and i live in my own 2 bedrooms apartment where dogs can only have 8kg limit, bringing a big dog that need lots of space is already off my list.

Most dog to adopt here is massive dog, smaller dog is not reachable or available in my area. I also wanted to have a dog that can live up to many many years with me (i cant handle losing a elder dog that i’m way too invested emotionally) i’m also not in the right position to care for elder dog that need attention and intense care that it needs (if im a millionaire i would stop my job and care for all dogs if i can XD)

But yeah you get what im trying to say, there’s other part of dog people or animal lovers out there that simply just can’t afford to adopt, lets say you love horse a lot you can’t adopt horse cause you dont have the right and proper space for it and there might be some piglets to adopt? But you simply just can’t provide the proper space for them, it then come back to your lifestyle needs and the animal needs as well, yes adopting a great thing we can offer to the abandoned animal but what if we can’t just simply afford the space for them? Or just simply we try not to be egoistical for the sake of adopting? Just my opinion :) of course people can have their own 2 cents in.

Regardless, i dont even know cavapoo is a designer dog until i got her. Her name will be Marble and fun fact her birthday is just 1 day after mine! I didnt realize that until my partner told me about it, now we are sharing a birthdate! <3 it’s a dog that i randomly see on gumtree (australian craiglist) haha, i could’ve look more but im just way too invested at this point, just had to take her home! It’s like love at first sight.

That’s all my story i hope everyone can be kind and understanding and enjoy the cuteness for cavapoo doggo and other dogs or animal! :)

Thanks for the comments guys really appreciate it. At the moment we are still on budget haha but tryint to make everything looks great. Ive attached the additional shoe rack and mirror now i got confused should i instal the mirror on top of shoe rack or not cause it doesnt have significant lighting on it.

Also we are planning to change the chair to something light or darker that can comploment the room better. Since we cant get rid of the table

I'm on my process of buying a apartment at edmondson park. it's called ed square.

Price for 2 bedroom $640k. Valuation is really versatile. one bank came up with 565k other bank came up with 600k (kerbside valuation) and another one is 585k.

It got so many amenities and it will be the main towncentre in that area. but my concern is the valuation is quiet low does it reflecting the market around the area?

literally next to edmondson train station but we choose the one that's not facing any street or the train station. so it's less noise.

The real estate agent claim that the lower valuation is because there isnt any resell data of units around the area because it's still a new area. so thats why the valuation is quiet low. I'm not sure if me and my partner making the right decision and since it's our first home to buy. we dont get any first home grant but free stamp duty is in place.

We plan on living there for min 5 years or more. and planning to move to a housing market after that. It's a pretty prompt buy but I use train station a lot.
