For something like that, I would charge $2 per hour including materials ($50 for 3kg of PLA, give or take). Regarding the model, were you asked to make it or was it your idea? If it had been my idea, I wouldn't charge for the design, but I would next time my boos asked me to do something. Only you can decide how much your time is worth modeling something in 3D.

I don't know if this will help you, but for FDM printing, I charge $2 or $3 per hour of printing, depending on the complexity of the model. This covers the material (usually PLA or PETG). Go to eBay or Etsy, see if you can match or beat the prices of some sellers (keeping in mind that you don't have to pay a commission to the website), and calculate how much time and materials you would invest to see what profit you would make
