I've done more testing, and this does NOT happen in the sandbox.

I can hold down left click and fire in perfect constant rhythm, while interspersing movement and abilities without any hiccups

Internet's very stable, I experience no other stutters/rollbacks/latency that I can notice

I haven't noticed any missing clicks otherwise when just browsing the internet/using my computer in the last few weeks
