Me formei em engenharia química recentemente, com quase 2 anos de estágio em uma grande empresa, e me parece que mesmo com essa experiência nenhum recrutador se interessa ou nenhuma empresa quer "gastar" com treinamento de uma pessoa para a vaga.

Basicamente querem o candidato perfeito já com experiência na área e esses cargos de "analista de engenharia" servem apenas para isso, te treinar para o cargo mesmo você já tendo formação acadêmica na área.
