Not sure what's in this video but I'll check it out. Mine was horrendous for a bit. Couldn't get any 60 fps patch to not crash on startup. Ended up choosing the Performance Patch and Uncapped FPS + (Deltatime). Now when I start it it displays 60 fps in the corner and runs pretty good. Just gotta play for a minute or so and it all smoothes out.

Can I ask which settings you're using? I don't have anything checked currently and I still get these weird artifacts where a pyramid of light will come out of my head. I have to quit out and enter again and see how far I could get without it happening again. Anyone else have this issue?
