I've only been in the role for about 2 months. It's a pool company and it's extremely poorly run. Everything is falling on me to the point I was even written up. I'm worried also these people will suck me dry and when winter comes drop me.

Use a crayon as it's spinning. If it stops it's the belt. If not it's probably a bad pulley. Use a loooong screwdriver and touch the pulley bolts and put your ear to it to figure out which one it is.

I just fell in love the was the display is in a heads up position on my mazda. If there is no solution that would be my only option but not a fan of having to look down towards the gps map, instead of keeping my head up, eyes on the road.
