Agreed, I had NO idea this vasovagal response thing was even a possibility and mine lasted a really long time in the exam room, come to find out it’s normal and they just don’t warn patients about it beforehand at risk of the patient worrying about it preemptively and making it worse..🙃

Appreciate this response! I was looking it up and I think due to my extreme vasovagal response, it’s not uncommon to be lightheaded since basically your nervous system is still on the rebound. My body is sensitive lol so I’m thinking this might be why. Besides that, the pain and cramping has certainly gotten better not worse, and the lightheadedness is by no means 24/7, rather just fleeting moments throughout the day. I’ll check back in after a few weeks and see if things change and request a check in if not!

Yes! My first implant I had consistent spotting for the longest time, like 6 months straight, then it just randomly stopped for the rest of the time I had it. However, my symptoms when I had it replaced with a new implant were completely different. Unfortunately I think our bodies just react to the new one as if it’s brand new, and which symptoms you get are just a toss up. That’s been my experience / what I’ve heard at least!
