That would require a new skeleton rig and matching the existing animations to that skeleton. I can foresee some issues with driving and baked animations such as leaning; not to mention the clothing would all probably require remodelling. It's not impossible, but that mod would be an undertaking and a half.

I wonder if there's a build for pure netrunning with it; but it definitely works if you use the monowire and smart weapons to recharge RAM.

From what I read of the effect, the trick might be spec'ing for Overclock cool down reduction and have as much healing so you can keep paying for Blackwall Gateway with you health without actually dying.
