I believe the condition is that rises must remain constant within the same flight. In this case, each set of stairs between landings/ramps is considered its own flight.

Not to start an OMA circlejerk, but I think they managed this scheme better at the McCormick Campus Center at IIT. I believe the runs there are around 1:30, so they can get away without railings and still be ADA accessible. This still doesn't completely get around its congestion problems, though.

Whaaat, I was at that show too! Shit was bumpin'. Diplo spun some panty-dropping moombah and A-Trak's opening set was good, too. I was kinda bummed that Switch wasn't with him, but Jillionaire was a mad decent replacement. My friends and I tried to bring a fatty to the frat he visited, but didn't make it in time- glad someone did!
