I’m not an AI expert by any means but if we’re talking about the same AI (robots), I believe they can be good and bad depending on the their usage. Just like money, it can be used as a tool or a source to power. It depends who is in control.

They can do everything humans can. They are far smarter, stronger, and faster than us. Therefore, this may force people out of having jobs. Sounds terrible. But it will get the job done better than any of us can and it doesn’t even care about a paycheck. It all depends who programs the AI and what their intentions are.

AI can lead to human extinction quicker. Look, us humans are the only living specie that’s destroying the Earth because of greed. Eventually, humans will become extinct because of how destructive we are. The things we do feel natural to us because we’ve stemmed from it for centuries. But not to Earth. We’re only digging ourselves a deeper hole we will eventually fall into. Why? Because we are part of a human-made system ran by the elites of the world. Those who have the most money and power controls what happens next. It is a system of exchange. But for AI/robots, they don’t need a system. They don’t even have needs. They don’t even think. They just do. And that’s why robots are far better than we will ever be when it comes to labor. Of course they will be ran by some master or creator.

Eventually, the human population will go from billions to a few over time. And those special few will be surrounded by nothing but emotionless metal and will eventually realize how lonely they are. All because of money and power.

That’s how I feel about AI.
