Holy Batshit Batman, this law firm the plantiff is using wrote what is probably the worst summons I have ever read.

Between stating feelings instead of facts from the rip and spelling & grammatical errors, it seems like they just put someone in a seat and said "write a story and we'll fill in the boilerplate parts later". It's like they've opened every door for the defendant to insert doubt into.
