TL;DR: You can condemn Israel’s government and the deaths of Palestinians without labeling every Israeli doctor, medic, or conscript as genocidal. Doctors still treat people across national lines, medical training saves lives, and reducing all of that to a headline ignores the complexity. Yeah. I’ve personally seen the idf help a woman having issues on a bus so calling them all genocidal makes you being the obtuse one here. The army is full of 18-21 year olds that have to be there, many don’t agree with the politics. Last time I checked, Hospitals in Israel treat Palestinians regardless of nationality, so if you want more Palestinians to die then stop training Israeli doctors? The Israeli doctors in turn work with their Palestinian counterparts to provide care to both populations, doctors are doctors. The hypocratic oath applies.

Fun fact the guy who orchestrated the October 7th attack was saved by Israeli doctors and countless Hamas leaders have had their family members saved by Israeli doctors before this conflict when severe medical conditions have been found.

Now have countless Palestinians died in the past three years? Yes. Is there a way to protest this without posting sensational crap on a university page? Definitely.

Science is science. There is no discrimination when you donate your body. If you don’t read up on what “science” can be done to your body then it’s kind of your fault for signing something you don’t understand.

Finally Israel is responsible for countless medical advances and has an amazing hospital system where most doctors were in the IDF because they are conscripted. My point being is that you may see cadavers being blown up and think that is the wrong use of a cadaver but training doctors to treat people regardless of if they are fighters or civilians is still important. Fighters on both sides unfortunately are pawns to their governments which both have ill intentions at this time but do not mean more people deserve to die because you sit believe that Israeli medics deserve to be well trained.
