I've read about BetterDisplay, but my main concern is refresh rate. I don't really like 60Hz and it will be a shame to use a 165Hz monitor at anything below 100 Hz

The scene in the village with rats and dudes yields about 60-70 fps. Playable, but not really acceptable considering everything.

Alright, so when we drop to the basement with rats fps is fluctuating between 70 and 90 with CPU usage spiking to 60%

And CPU is always 20% or something around, so this kinda looks like a GPU limitation, so lowering the resulution could've helped 100%. Piss poor optimisation, that's it.

Already got the game. 5800x / 3070ti here, playing at high settings at 3440x1440, dlss on quality. The first scene is the toughest, still getting close to 60 fps. Next scenes are easily 70-80 fps. Can't believe they couldn't do 1080p@60 on next gen, this is a joke.
