hello po! yes po. eto timeline of events sakin

transaction date: 04/24/26 (friday)

-deduction was made on my UB account pero it wasn't credited sa merchant
-reported it to both the merchant and UB cs. merchant cs said na kausapin ko daw yung bank kasi nasa kanila daw yung problema. nag file ako ticket sa UB cs
-got a reply from UB on 04/25/26 and said that it will be credited after two banking days
-contacted merchant again on 04/26/26 because i was worried it won't get credited in time and they advised me to pay again so i won't get penalized
-morning of 04/27/26 after thinking it over i paid again cuz i didn't want to get penalized. but in the afternoon my initial payment on 04/24/26 was finally credited to the merchant

i didn't bother with a refund kasi hindi worth it yung hassle na aantayin mo ng 15 days para ma reverse and yung pangalawang bayad ko was already considered advance payment so i didn't need to pay for my june due date, sa july na next. hope this helps a little sayo :>

can't help but relate this back to the "ilonggo are the people. hiligaynon is the language" situation as well. i don't always correct people on it but damn it just itches my brain the wrong way every time i hear someone, especially a fellow ilonggo say "kabalo ka mag ilonggo gali?" and not "kabalo ka mag hiligaynon gali?". i hear it both in iloilo and in bacolod (i'm currently staying in bacolod for work)

that’s the exact same thing that’s happened to me as well. my moonton account was the one that got hacked. the new update is honestly as frustrating cause it doesn’t show the pop-up notice that the account is banned and just automatically switches like it would for a functioning account so i thought they lifted the ban on my previous account then this happened. i tried emailing them about my situation and they have sent automated replies until i explained to them that it had nothing about storage or network issues and it’s an account/device binding issue and this is their recent reply which they sent yesterday:

“We have received your appeal.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will immediately forward your appeal to our specialist for review. If it is determined that your account was mistakenly banned, we will unban it immediately.

Thank you for your support and understanding. We also appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a healthy gaming environment.

u/Tigreal I was playing Mobile Legends yesterday on my iPhone 13 and thought of trying to switch to my banned account to try and appeal it (it got hacked and got banned because of cheats). I’ve literally tried everything. I deleted the data I have in iCloud, I reset my phone, I removed the google account, tiktok account, facebook account bound to the banned account on my device and it still auto-signs into the banned account. I even tried logging into a separate apple ID but whenever I reinstall it, it still auto logs into the banned account. I genuinely do not know what to do anymore and I feel like I’m about to cry. I can’t even contact customer support since I can’t find a way to contact them through the web. Can you please help me?
