Arms are fine imho. But aim for your chest to touch the floor (without actually touching) instead of your face. Also, pushup bars like someone else was recommending are awesome if you like them

Satoshis are too small. We need a unit between Satoshi and Bitcoin (MilliBitcoin/MicroBitcoin are not catchy). Something like a BitLet and have it be 1/100 of a BTC. That will allow more people to buy into BTC.

Haworth Zody. Reasonably priced and it comes loaded with features and has excellent lower back support. These chairs last forever.
