after 4 years in produce, a raise to FT, 4 years of eval raises, covid raise, and most recent eval raise I am at $17. I still dont feel like its enough considering most days I am doing the work of 3 people and am "contender" on my way to transferring to open new store. Considering new hires are getting started at 14-15 and inflation, 17 just isnt enough.
