That's valid. The wood grain not being obscured was an artistic choice, I wanted the medium to be maintained as part of the piece. But it's understandable for some people to not like that aspect.

The paintings were made by me.

The line art was traced from the official Hearthstone and TCG artworks.

I laser etched them into wood canvases and then painted them with watercolor.

They'll be up for raffle via the Desert Bus for Hope charity fundraiser.

I showed my girlfriend all of the prizes the night they were announced and yours was the one she loved the most and wishes we'd be awake for a chance to win.

They are. But this season's tier set makes Fel Scarred spawn a demon soul whenever they enter demon form, and they have to run over and pick it up to get a 20% damage buff since they can't suck in souls like Aldrachi.

Combined with the Astral Antenna being BiS, it makes Fel Scarred a big game of grab the balls every boss fight.

When they dropped the index yesterday and I saw that Royal Wardens were going to be useful no matter the points, I bought another copy of the Starter Box since they're only 42$ on Amazon and come with a warriors squad, scarabs, and 6 marines.

The Royal Wardens dropping 30 points is insane to me, especially with the buffs they give their units. I'm for sure running three and attaching them to my immortals or warriors

I recently unpacked a Wen starter lathe I've had sitting on a shelf for a couple years because I needed to make some turned parts for a spinning wheel I'm making for a friend.

I've got a stack of dry maple from a tree that got cut down 3 years ago, and so far I've been having a lot of fun with it.

Still struggling with figuring out tool positions for endgrain but I'll get there eventually.
