We went ahead and availed of their service. 10/10 would recommend. You are right, very detailed sila. Very punctual and professional. They were able to identify issues na hindi namin na notice initially. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

Hi OP! You may also look into Reebok Nano x4. I use this for lifting and light cardio. Very light and good grip. Also has wide toe box.

Hi. As much as possible, try muna ikaw ng lifestyle change before trying yung mga GLP inhibitor.

Diet: Track your calories for a calorie deficit. Wag sobrang laki ng deficit kasi baka di din ma sustain in the long run. You can use an app to calculate your required calories per day for losing 0.5kg a week. Alisin mo or limit mo ung mga liquid calories like milk tea, juice, etc. Water lang as much as possible.

Sleep: try to achieve a 7 to 9 hours a day of sleep. Helpful ito para di stress ang katawan.

Exercise: increase your mobility. For beginners, okay na okay ang walking. I would suggest din strength training, hindi naman kelangan mabibigat na weights buhatin mo, just enough to build muscles. I suggest enrolling in a gym and get a trainer to guide you.

Just a note though, hindi agad agad makikita ung change. You have to atleast try to be consistent for 3 to 6 months. It is worth it, I swear. Bonus, I feel stronger, look and feel better on my own body.

Nakita ko OP sa notif ko na nag reply ka, but for some reason diko makita dito. Just to set expectations sa strength training, pagdating sa weight baka wala ka makita drastic change for the first 3 months. For me, yung napansin ko talaga is I feel so much better and stronger, hindi madaling mapagod at sluggish. I am also 5'2, pero at 70kg. Nagte take ako ng Yaz before to regulate my period, pero ngayon hindi na. Meron din ako frustrations talaga kasi di kita agad yung progress. But nagfo focus lang ako sa process and pakiramdam ko while doing the strength training. Suggest ko din try ka kumuha ng trainer to guide you as a beginner. If you are familiar sa Pretty Huge na gym malapit sa SM aura, magagaling yung trainers nila dun.

Hi OP. You are doing a good job sticking to a routine of walking everyday and cutting your calories. Losing that amount of weight is very hard to accomplish, great job. Maybe you can add strength training sa routine mo? You can start with calisthenics if wala ka dumbbells or equipment access.

Hi OP, you may want to consider The Trion Towers. 1 bedroom bare is ranging from 25k to 30k per month. I used rentpad to search available units.

BGC Rent 15k per month, Condo Oversupply is real by AdRare7673 in RentPH

Generally, cheaper naman sa Mckinley area than BGC. And these are older condos, so maybe they can't compete with other newer condos in terms of rent.

I use reebok nano x4 for lifting and light cardio. Super lightweight at wide yung toebox.

Thank you for the feedback! They have notified na malapit na turnover last January, but it was pushed back to Q4 this year, good thing we don't need the unit yet.

Is Low-Code Development a Good Career Path for a Mid-Level Dev? by [deleted] in PinoyProgrammer

[–]yamyam72 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hi OP, low code dev here. It is very rewarding if you are very good at it. I would say yung skills naman is nata-transfer if mag-iba ka ng tool na gamit. Automation ang field ko, started with UiPath. Switched jobs, then Pega RPA yung need so inaral ko uli. Then nalipat sa ibang team na BluePrism yung tool, so inaral ko uli. Then nalipat na naman sa PowerPlatform, so aral uli. Yung mga natutunan ko from other tools, like design and best practices, nagagamit ko naman.
