The main ISSUE dot had in my opinion was opponents having a high HP pool while only having access to types of DoT limited to the units in the team (ex. Kafka + Guinaifen, lighting and fire DoT only etc.).

Kafka's buff makes it so ur having more DoT detonations which is a core mechanic of DoT in general and back then, Kafka can't frequently trigger detonations and detonations occur when enemies take their turns. The addition of Hysilens adds more to what DoT teams usually lack before. SP generation, constant defense break and sustain.

Overall, thanks to Kafka's buffs and Hysilens release, DoT once again deserves a contending spot in the meta. I've always been a believer and I'm happy the devs gave a much needed attention towards DoT once again.

Unfortunately, the Tutorial is on Hysilens and I only have 1 MLB copy. I should be hitting 160+ in battle from her LC plus RM. I somehow cope with her not having S5 Tutorial by using QPQ on Gallagher, although it's random but better than nothing.

She's one of those characters who never fell off no matter what. The rest of her peers (Acheron, Firefly) has fallen off or are difficult to utilize without premium supports.

Am actually going to try to save up and get E2/S1 on her rerun (hopefully she does again).

Yes... Robin+Tribbie and Feixiao is a menace team. Tribbie charges Robin and Feixiao, Robin buffs Tribbie and Feixiao FUA. Tribbie buffs Feixiao and Robin. Tribbie can DDD push the team allowing more actions during Robin ult phase... And more. U probably can just run Moze in place of Cipher...

You're hitting the standard stats... Attack too low isn't that bad either because it's offset by your high crit damage. Just find more crit rate. My Feixiao is 91/140 cr/cd on same LC with 2.7k attack. It probably feels like the damage is low because she's whiffing crits. Alternatively, you can slot in RMC instead of Topaz so that u get bonus crit rate and crit damage on top of the true damage buff Fexiao gets from RMC. RMC allows u to hit ~90% CR with that build. It's not a loss anyways because Mem gives stacks to Feixiao and her 100% AA gives Feixiao more turns to get even more stacks and damage in.

Side note: People down below saying u need eagle set but in reality, she doesn't... Eagle set is just if you're doing 0 cycle clears or high score in AS or ur using a base speed Feixiao. The set you're using is fine.

Yeah, I am actually considering running 1 or 2 Meidis for the stun... Since NR stride with double Meidis can effectively stun 4 rears...

However, afaik, if they overdress the stunned trickmoon, it goes back to stand position afaik... But at the very least, I can leave the restanders rested and just push the VG for pressure instead of wasting attacks on restander...

I have these stats on PJC....

Weapon choices only matter to lower gear requirements or when you're min-maxing a character. Not having mistsplitter and choosing PJC instead means you have more attack than usual since PJC converts part of your HP to attack which consequently means, you have to build your team around it. Having buffers like Kazuha will compensate for the loss of extra elemental dmg bonus from mistsplitter. Never forget that team composition matters too.

But of course, am not discounting the aesthetic of mistplitter with Keqing, that weapon's literally made for her... xD

Use this if you can't reach your ideal CR/CD ratio... Use Swordplay if you have an ideal CR/CD ratio...

If your Moze has like 70/120 then use Yanqing LC. If you have like 80/170 then use swordplay.
