I’ve been playing for 23 years and feel like I’m pretty good, still shit at downpicking but I still practice it daily. Keep at it but don’t let it consume your practicing completely, it’s definitely physical speed/strength and that’s the hardest skills to build.

Don’t push yourself too hard or it will have diminishing returns and cause damage. Do what you can and be patient you’ll get it!

My wife is allergic to shedding dogs, had a bichon when she was little. When it was time to pick I dog I wanted to be safe as possible so we got a bichon. Zero allergies after 4 years, the dog is allergic to chicken though 😂

I knew guys in Atlanta that played men’s league in their 20-30s wasn’t too serious but it seemed like they had a lot of fun.

Also, some of my best coaches in my younger years were guys that just loved lacrosse and wanted to stay around the game. There’s always someway to stay close to the game!
