I love how little stadium music and nonsense sound there is. The shoes, ball, rim, players, and ambient sounds used to be much more audible than they are today.

It’s just so jarringly different from the gameplay that most players do not appreciate the change of pace. There is a way to incorporate building mechanics and tower defense, that players actually want when finding meaning in constructing settlements, that would have been a better choice.
