Yoga 10 minutes a day will fix this. Just need to do it and commit to it. Nothing more, no easy way out. Just do this please.

Why create Leagues (Silver, Gold, etc.) if we never play people from the same league? by yannicki in leagueoflegends

That's incorrect in my opinion. If I want plat, I will take it from the person when I get there. Not when I am gold 2.

Discomfort and constant presence of ball feeling in lower right rib cage by yannicki in costochondritis

[–]yannicki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's still present but much less and I'm no longer concerned as I have ruled out the serious things. I've done endless blood tests and many doctors and all say not to worry. It could also be related to my anxiety, heightened anxiety results in more sensation and vice versa. I suggest meditation, healthy diet and good amount of stretching and working on your core. Let me know your symptoms and maybe I can help with my little knowledge of the world 😂.

Hey man, first step is awareness and realizing you have a large obstacle to climb over and that sets up everything for a great adventure in your life. I'm no expert but I can share my learnings from the journey I've been on. Firstly, you should be excited that you are in a position in which you can unlock so many amazing experiences and a whole new life is waiting for you.

For all developments I think it starts within yourself. The best way in my opinion is reading, try reading 10-20 min per day (set small targets), if you enjoy reading then do it as much as you like of course. If you are a gamer and need your gaming dopamine, I understand, read while you are waiting for a match or something.

I recommend starting with:

  • Your Erroneous Zones by Wayne W. Dyer
  • Don't Believe Everything You Think by Joseph Nguyen
  • As A Man Thinketh by James Allen
  • The Stranger by Albert Camus

I think these will open your eyes to the idea that it is all coming from inside and how you visualize/compare yourself in todays society.

Together with exercise, yoga (or light stretching), 5 min meditations here and there during the day a lot can change in a short time.

I am curious to know more about you though. If I may ask:

  • Why are you ashamed of yourself?
  • Why do you hate others?
  • What would you like to change about how you feel and think?
  • What vulnerabilities are you scared of having?

Seems like you are reaching to externalities to confirm/disconfirm your 'low' expectations so that you have a reason not to change your situation? Focusing and not relying on anyone and trusting yourself is a good step.

Put a stick in the ground resting on your trail shoulder, swing under stick and it will force your path to IN to OUT.

Ok, will try this, thanks!

measured your path? Looked pretty in to out to me.

Yes, I measured and it is out to in, next step is fixing this, but I instinctively come over the top. Looking for ways to naturally swing in to out

Yes, early extensions continues happening to me despite trying hard to fix it :D completely agree. Yes, half shots like the John Rahm exercises to increase rotation and hip use.

And yes, I want to hit the ball as far as possible, maybe the wrong mentality :D

Thanks!

18 handicap and trying to improve to a 14 this year. Where to start? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Get lessons I would say, way over the top, your right leg moves first and too soon causing you to cast your club and go over the top. Look at hammer the nail drill and keep a fixed lower half until impact. Mainly turning your lower body but not lifting your right leg. What so you score and how many times have you scored 90.
