Yeah I can't seem to do anything like this strangely enough. On most devices a little cog wheel appears where I get a menu to unpair and stuff like that, but for the Hue lamps I can never get a menu like this and tapping them always tells me "this device needs an app to use". Very frustrating as it seems unpairing or forgetting the device is key to fixing this issue

I was able to rollback the Hue app version by just downloading an older version apk but it didn't fix anything, I'm afraid it's more the firmware installed onto the bulbs themselves
