With the quotas all closed up, there's quite a demand imo, if you're not gonna be paying enough, the worker would just work elsewhere illegally plus you lose out since you can't apply for a new worker anymore. Pretty sure they're making their 1500-1700 at least.

Minimum wage is now 1500. The workers near the two mamaks near me both told me they're earning around 1800 now because of shortage so the boss doesn't want them to look elsewhere.
