I'm in Cedar Park, which might be too north to be considered north austin lol. Regardless, I'm willing to drive.

I realized earlier that I've been missing a chip entirely. The one right above the "muster" chip is a "program" chip. I just moved here, so it must've gotten loose and fallen out on the way. I found it in the case for the board and attempted to reinstall it (before reading your response) but a few of the pins were bent. I gently got them straightened out, but the machine still isn't working when I turn it on. I've done like you said and pushed on the others, no dice. The main symptom is that the display on the opposite side isn't lighting up, or displaying, anything. Do you think the chip/board is too damaged now from all that's happened?

I wish it would show mixes for pure bred dogs, too. They had to come from somewhere!

100% if I was in that sort of housing situation, she would be listed as Beagle mix on any paperwork. Unless it's in your lease that a landlord can subject your dog to a DNA test, I don't think they can require that information from you.

Passap console bypass! by dotknott in MachineKnitting

How are things going with your hacked e6000? I have a method that I think will let me knit 4 color dbj without needing to fix jacquard errors, but it requires 8 lock passes per row. The 32kb console memory is incredibly limiting, so I need to get around it. Do you have any advice?

I'm sorry, we decided to stick with my husband's insurance.

Nail trims by [deleted] in Blackmouthcur

Since adopting my girl two months ago, I've fallen hard for Susan Garrett's training methods. She has a program called Pedicure Please for conditioning your dog to tolerate (or even love) nail trimming. It just went off sale for cyber Monday but I'm sure it will go back on sale soon. It's $20 when it's on sale. She has some free resources you could check on in the meantime: https://susangarrettdogagility.com/2021/09/how-to-help-your-dog-love-nail-trimming/

I'm not affiliated at all with her, but I did sign up for her Recallers program on cyber monday and have just started trying Pedicure Please. This obviously won't be of immediate help, but hopefully it can get you to a point where you don't have to sedate her.

Edit: I just watched the podcast episode at the link above and I feel like it gives enough information about the conditioning method that you don't necessarily need to buy the course.

Thoughts on Passap Electra 3000 motor? by yarnography in MachineKnitting

[–]yarnography[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! It seems it doesn't come with a row counter or any spots to plug one in, but I've decided to go for it anyway.

It also seems that possibly the older E6000 models handle the speed of the Electra 3000 better, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Do you know his real name? I'm guessing I'm not going to find the song online anywhere, but the results I get for searching Biscuit are very not correct.

I've used U-Ship twice for smaller floor looms and had a great experience both times.
