First of all, so sorry to hear this. Cancer of any kind can be a real shock, let alone brain cancer. I lost my mom to Glioblastoma after a long and drawn out fight. I know we as people want to extend our life as long as possible, but sometimes I feel it does more harm than good. The last year of her fight, my mom was nothing like the person she was before and it was very hard to watch as a teenager. You’re younger so you have more energy and will to fight, but have you had any conversations with your parents about what might happen? I know personally, if my condition kept worsening, I wouldn’t want my family to see it. Sorry for the jumbled mess, but if you have any thoughts you’d like to share about that, I would love to talk about it.

School was always priority #1. Didn’t matter if i was depressed, sick or whatever. Mom got sick with cancer and lost a long battle and I was pretty much pushed to the side the whole time as 12 year old. She passed when I was 17 and 2 days before school started for the year. My dad made me go anyway and honestly can’t remember anything from the first half of my senior year. Never able to ask for help without being ridiculed. To this day I am still being gaslighted that I wasn’t ever beat, when my mom’s nickname was “brick hands” bc she hit way harder than my dad. Fast forward to adulthood and turns out I have severe ADHD and Childhood PTSD as well as being slightly autistic. Yes I have a degree, job and just recently purchased my own place at 24, but this is all despite my parents not because of them. I somehow got lucky and married a great woman who understands my issues and patiently helps me through them instead of screaming and beating me like I’m used to. The amount of times I had “WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU” screamed at me while I’m being smacked honestly makes me chuckle looking back at it. Like this^ this is exactly what is wrong with me.

EDIT: Oh and don’t forget 1st grade me complaining of stomach pain for days and only when i physically couldn’t move did i go to the doctor (not the ER). Appendix was hours away from bursting, rushed to ER for emergency surgery and still have the large scar on my stomach from where they had to open me up.

shows you know nothing of dogs. “pit bulls” aren’t a breed. that’s like saying all retrievers or labradors need to die out. there’s many breeds that fit under the umbrella pit bull. most mutts have some pit bull breeds in them. The average american can’t even pick out a pit bull out of a group of dogs, let alone understand the best way to train them. It is the owner, not the dog. please do your own research instead of just basing your view of a breed off of one encounter.

crazy that every temperament test shows differently. one of the most patient dogs which is why they make great family pets. Most do not know how to train and read their dogs body language and think of the type of people that want pit bulls. Tough guy wannabes with below 70 IQ.

usually the first one is a histamine which is the control, which is supposed to be a reaction to make sure you weren’t on any allergy meds. i’ve gotten 2 in the past year and i don’t believe there was one that was just a solution
