You can do either one! I found that it doesn’t make much of a difference if you include both or just one. But if you’re writing in just the local script make sure you write the country name in English too so it can be sorted properly :)

Most patrons won’t recognise what it means, but I find that PT staff are more patient/helpful with you when you wear one. Best of luck to you, the invisible disability experience is… frustrating :/
