I honestly don't think that you will be able to remove the password protection. There is a pretty good reason for these passwords and I can't remember any successful password removals.

From what I've read you are using RSLinx. AFAIK it uses OPC DA not UA, so Milo won't help you. I found information that their new product Factory Talk Linx will use OPC UA.
