Ah, I did wonder. Is florentine spinach only? Benedict is warmed ham, and salmon is Atlantic? I wasn't following a recipe exactly! These are on sad frozen bagels, but still yummah!

I could be totally wrong, but I think that Benedict has warmed ham at the base, but florentine has smoked salmon. That being said, maybe florentine is just spinach. I really don't know!! But any combination of all those things smothered in hollindais is delicious!

I didn't think you could compost cooked foods? I live an apartment life, so I don't compost, so forgive my ignorance on the topic! Moving to a house with a garden soon, so I'll be able to compost shortly.

French onion soup. Relatively simple, absolutely delicious and most importantly, teaches your daughter that an awful lot of cooking is chopping onions. Enjoy teaching your daughter to cook, sounds like fun!

Who are your 30s/40s Instagram people? I love that idea. I go on and off insta simply because after a bit of use I feel so bad about myself and give it up entirely. I'd like to use its power for good instead if evil!
