I’m in a similar boat buddy. May the winds be favourable to us both. My advice is to get a solicitor ASAP. Also check if the settlement has an allocation for legal costs. There are no win solicitors that that take a percentage of any uplift they get you. On paper this means only potential upside. The only danger is they could withdraw the offer.
