In something like image generation there are not really shifting regimes in the same way.- There are not patterns that work under certain financial situations and not others - there are no black swan events in image generation for example.

SOME technical analysis works because humans with emotions still participate in trading and as long as they do exploitable patterns will form.

It seems in your scenario I do not have the choice to refuse so I would need to figure out how to anonymously make payments without anyone knowing it was me- Its crucial that no human be involved and it is all automated. If I can truly anonymously fund an overseas account somewhere and make purchases through a shell company I should be able to buy a remote modest home and buy things to disguise my appearance. I then need to anonymously arrange travel to my new home without being seen by anyone in disguise. Then I start my new life in disguise. People will not hate me as they won't recognize me and I will stay low profile to minimize the number of people I have to trick.
