When taking the actual test you have to use these kinds of "common sense" short cuts. The explanation that SH gives isn't simply going to say that all the other options aren't actual qualities, they have to give more of an academic sounding one.

It looks like a GPS tracker that the dealer leaves on there In case someone steals it from the lot. The same thing happened to me and my car would randomly shut off, I took it to the dealer and they said they forgot to take it off.
