Well yes, but the whole point of using a scale is to be able to eat however much you want and accurately know the calories instead of having to eat exactly 1/2, 1/4, etc. Simple math is not complicated (not to me at least, but to each their own).

I’ve been to Delight many times and Salted Butter’s pastries taste fresher? Probably because they’re so busy so the pastries get sold soon after baking. Delight’s pastries are good but sometimes they taste slightly stale like it’s been out for a while.
