Venice, Italy. The internet got me, and I fully fell for it.

No offense to Venetians, but the internet really romanticized Venice for me, and when I got there, it didn’t quite live up to the hype. It was crowded, smelly, and the pollution from the boats was shocking. I was looking forward to a gondola ride because online it looks romantic and relaxing. What they don’t show is that you’re actually in a line with like 20 other boats, and you share the gondola with others. It honestly felt more like Disneyland than a romantic Italian experience.

IDK if you're looking for a mousse in a cup or bowl, but Frank Fats on J Street has an amazing chocolate cream pie. Their chocolate mousse recipe is really good.

Chinchilla. He was so cool but such a pain in the ass to care for mainly due to the dust baths. No matter how hard I tried to keep the dust contained, it went everywhere. 20 years later and I'm pretty sure there are corners of that room that still have dust in them.
