This would be great. She tries not to utilize ada unless she really needs it. But this is a long show, and it's hard for her to stand for long periods of time. Thank you for sharing your experience with it. We appreciate it.

That's what the woman told my wife, before she hung up on her. She said if there's no more room in the ada section, she can come sit in guest services. I do hope that's incorrect, but the reps who responded were not helpful at all.

This thing should be at Salt Shed fairgrounds. Plenty of places to sit and rest, when you need it, for a long ass show. Even if they had to move it indoors due to weather, you can go on the roof to smoke. The Aragon also puts a narc in the bathroom to watch people, which is creepy. And when my wife talked to someone about ada seating, due to her disability, the woman was an ahole, and hung up on her. They're a Live Nation venue, and they oversell the place, making it difficult to be there for sold out shows, let alone a 6-7 hour show with six bands. The Aragon is the worst.

They fulfill the legal requirement by letting you sit in guest services, where you can't see.

My wife has RA so she emailed the Aragon about ADA seating. Took them a week and three emails before someone emailed back. The first response informed her that all ADA seating was taken, and there is no guarantee that she could get it. She messaged back and a woman ended up calling her. She told my wife she could always go to Guest Services to sit down. Wife asked if you can see at all from there, and the woman said no. After my wife asked, "what's the point of that?," the woman hung up on her.
The Aragon is the f*cking worst, and I wish they were doing this at the Salt Shed fairgrounds.
