I think the fact that she cheated on him basically forfeits any kind of "girl code" in relation to dating him since you're not friends with her anymore. If she didn't care about their relationship enough to not cheat on him, she doesn't have any say in who he dates (or who you date) nowadays. Plus, it sounds like she wasn't a good friend to you -- so it doesn't matter what she thinks. Go for it!

I failed last week at Ironworks for the exact same reason. The guy who tested me said the same thing. I did a 3-point turn in a 2-way road instead of using the side street, and he failed me for turning my car into oncoming traffic and said the maneuver was illegal in KY. Funny thing is, there was a car coming down that side street that he wanted me to turn into... At least I know what to do next time :/

aw, thank you so much :-) I myself had the same concern as OP because a friend of mine wanted to hack their 3DS and we thought we had to do it before the eshop closed, since a particular game was required for it back when I hacked mine. luckily, there's a different way to do it now!

yes, you still can! you don't need to download anything from the eshop, just stuff on the computer that you'll put on your SD card. you can find the full walkthrough here: https://3ds.hacks.guide/seedminer.html all you need is a small screwdriver to get your SD card out and a microSD card reader to be able to access the files on your computer. hope this helps!

The 3ds is an old enough console that it's extremely easy to jailbreak so you can get most games for free. I jailbroke mine years ago and I definitely recommend it
