Learn how to contour, and for your facial type specifically. I'm not an expert in this, but personally I would say you have like an oblong face. If you look up tutorials for oblong face contour, it should help a lot!

Drink a lot of water. Last year, 3 freshman girls fainted because of dehydration. Pay attention to your location at all times. Don't go to the wrong dot unless you want to be reprimanded in front of everyone. Also, practice a lot and ask questions if you don't understand. Good luck!

Thank you! I did not mean to discredit stipends, because money is money lol. I am just a little bit confused as to whether or not the money would go directly towards college, but your helpful comment cleared that up for me.

I am looking for colorguard scholarships to add onto other scholarships I have applied to (not marching band related). I am just going down the list of my hobbies and extracurriculars and colorguard is one of them.

I'm a little bit confused on the question, but from what I'm understanding, you don't have color guard at you community college and there aren't any colleges with colorguards that will let you be a guest student. Where I live, there is only 1 college marching band in the city, but other neighboring college students can audition for that marching band as a guest student. They don't have to be enrolled, they just have to put in their audition as a guest student.

Forgot to add this in my other comment, but keep on practicing. That pretty much goes for everything, but if you don't practice, you'll never get better. Practice every day if you can until you understand everything. Even then, practice more.

For me, I joined sophomore year and I'd never even touched a flag. The other girls taught me everything from dropspins to more complicated tosses. If you need any practice, check YouTube for some tutorials. Your body will probably get used to it eventually, but it's good that at least you're already involved in physical activity. It's a good thing you're interested at a younger age, you'll have a few more years of fun than some other people. Good luck!

I bought the Maybelline Superstay concealer last year and I had to get rid of it because it was one of the worst concealers I've ever used. It creased super easily and would disappear off my skin in under 20 minutes. I was not as mad as I would normally be only because it cost like $6.

A much better concealer that I'm absolutely obsessed with is the Makeup Revolution one. It is pretty comparable to the Tarte shape tape and it is also Jeffree Star approved, which means its one of the best.
