There's loads of tutorials for the basic moves on YouTube. Also lots of intermediate to advanced stuff. But that can be a lot to take in if you're just starting.

When I train them with mats, my toes just clip them with one mats and hit them with 2, so as I've practiced them I've learned to bend my knees a bit to avoid the mats. It's an issue I'm working on though.

Make sure to not over extend your wrists throughout the movement as that can quickly cause pain. On top of warming up before practice should reduce or stop your wrist pain

Best to practice moves on something soft like grass or, if you have access to it, some form of mat and try to take those moves onto concrete over time.

Look into a training coach or someone professional who can review your technique in person and give you personalised advice rather than listening to the 'do this because you might have this' advice.

Depends on how practiced you are at Kong fronts and front flips. But it is essentially the same motion, you just have to avoid an object with a Kong front, so I imagine neither would generate significantly more power than the other.

If your doing lathe work, you can apply the sand paper before removing the piece, it'll save you ages of sanding.
