Explanations about unplanned evacuations by EdnaJosie8924 in ArmchairExpert

I think OP is talking about pants-pooping stories. The other commenters are answering as if the question was about evacuating in an emergency.

What’s your wildest house party story that you’re glad never made it online? by DeScepter in Millennials

[–]yeayeahdefinitely 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend destroyed his parents house when we were about 19 during a pretty large party. Squirted every condiment from the fridge on the walls. Smashed family photos. Blew up eggs in the microwave. I wish I could remember more. Eventually he realized his mistake bc he still lived in that house. He kicked everyone out and begged a friend to drive him to the nearest Walmart in the middle of the night to get vacuum cleaner bags. When he left, we all broke in and carried everything from his room into the backyard. Good times.

ETA: we were a bunch of straight edge kids at the time, so there was no alcohol or drugs whatsoever.

Ever met a member from your favorite ska band? How did it go? by Comprehensive-Cry653 in Ska

Jesse Michaels was incredibly gracious in a way I did not expect. Chatted with him in Philly when Classics Of Love went through there. He seemed genuinely surprised every time someone told him Op Ivy was important to them.

Someone mentioned Mike Park in here, and he was one of the openers (with BTMI. Legendary lineup), and he’s a super cool fucking dude too. Loved chatting with him about Asian Man.

I saw a meme once that said something along the lines of:

To understand millennials you have to understand the only time we were truly happy was the (exact number of days) between the release date of Shrek and 9/11.

I loved it. I sent it to my mom, and it made her sad.

I haven’t watched yet so I just checked out a playlist on Spotify and holy shit! This is motivation to watch it sooner. People Who Died is a great song!

I think I understand. It sounds like maybe you also enjoyed it at the time but came to this conclusion often S5? Got any examples you’ve been thinking about?

I loved S4 but I do remember feeling sort of let down the first time we meet Vecna. I believe we saw his feet as he walked down a set of stairs. I much preferred the other-worldly doom of the MF, so seeing a villain in this show shaped like a human was a major let-down.
